Wow, did you know that you can automate just about anything in your home nowadays? I had the pleasure of doing business with ATP Alarms this past week and it amazed me when it came to equipping my new home with the latest and greatest security , cameras , and home automation devices that there were some many options. I can tell you that an adult in a security store is like a kid in a candy shop .

After searching online I found this company and I called the ATP office. We set an appointment and the next day they had their sales manager at our front door for a complementary security survey and proposal. I probably kept him longer at my house than he wanted to be there but I was very intrigued about the different things one can do now to a home and how the technology has become so user friendly. He was not short on answers.

My wife and I buying our first home thought it was important to have a security system and maybe a camera or two as we get settled into the new area and begin to grow our family. As the ATP representative began explaining all our options with the current Honeywell security and home automation systems I was amazed. From air temperature controls , lights , cameras , to even our garage door , we were blown away at how it all was controlled by our security system . Even better than that, we found that all of these options were able to be controlled by our smartphone and other smart devices . He was very knowledgeable as he explained how the new z-wave technology, and how all of the devices available talked to each other and were networked.

My wife and I now have the peace of mind knowing that if we are out of our home we can monitor if our system is on or off , we can set the air temperatures to either save money or make the temp just right for our return. We can even open and close our garage door all from our phone. When my parents stayed with us the other night and we had left early in the morning for work it was great as once they informed me they left, I was able to close up the house and set the alarm. ATP Alarms installing the latest Honeywell products has left us feeling safe and secure with the convenience of remote access.
